The high and low temperature integrated cycle machine exchanges heat or direct contact heat exchange mode to exchange heat of the medium and cool it through the cooling tower to recycle water to save water resources. In general, the circulating water is neutral and weakly alkaline, and the pH is controlled between 7 and 9.5; in the case of circulating cooling water in direct contact with the medium, it is acidic or alkaline (pH greater than 10.0), generally less.
Always check whether the cooling water pipe is connected safely and securely. Is the flow, temperature and pressure of the cooling water suitable? It is recommended to check the water level of the water tank every month. Once the water level drops, it should be replenished in time and only distilled water can be added. In order to prevent the growth of microorganisms or free organic impurities in the water, so as not to impede the flow of water and affect the cooling effect, it is recommended to add a bactericide in the water, and the distilled water in the water tank is replaced at least once a year. The blades of the air-cooled filter and the cooling fan of the compressor should be cleaned every 6 months. After the cleaning is completed, 12 drops of oil should be added to the fan bearing. In order to reduce the impact of scale on flow and cooling capacity, it is recommended to clean the pipeline every 5 years (if it is cooled with tap water every 2 years).
The high and low temperature integrated cycle machine is very convenient to install and move, but it requires a higher working environment because it is cooled by hot air circulation. Therefore, if the ventilation effect of the installation workshop is not good, it will directly affect the cooling effect.
